Redesigning Nahartime landingpage

Nahartime is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline food provision for employees within companies and organizations. As the digital landscape evolves, so do the needs of businesses to efficiently manage employee well-being, including access to quality food options. The landing page serves as the gateway to onboard companies onto the Nahartime platform, aiming to cater to CEOs, HR professionals, and other decision-makers seeking innovative solutions to enhance their workplace environment.

:Introduction

As the lead product designer, I spearheaded the redesign project for Nahartime’s landing page. My responsibilities included conducting user research, defining design objectives, ideating concepts, prototyping, and collaborating with developers for implementation.

:My Role

The original landing page lacked clarity in communicating the benefits of Nahartime’s services, resulting in low conversion rates. Users were not adequately informed about how the platform could address their company’s food provision needs. Additionally, the design lacked visual appeal and failed to establish trust with potential clients. The main question we aim to solve through this design process is: How can we effectively communicate Nahartime’s value proposition and establish trust with potential clients to increase conversion rates on the landing page?

:Problem

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by Nahartime users and internal stakeholders, I conducted interviews with key personnel, including the CEO, customer care representatives, and members of the sales team. During these interviews, I asked targeted questions aimed at uncovering the main pain points and issues that users commonly encountered when interacting with the platform. Examples of questions included:

Additionally, I leveraged data from website heatmaps and analyzed users’ behavior to gain quantitative insights into how visitors were interacting with the existing landing page. This data helped identify patterns and trends in user engagement, highlighting potential areas for optimization.

By combining qualitative insights from interviews with Nahartime personnel and quantitative data from website analytics, I was able to develop a holistic understanding of user needs and pain points. This informed subsequent design decisions aimed at addressing these challenges and enhancing the user experience on the landing page.

:Research

With insights gleaned from interviews and data analysis, a clear picture emerged of the needs and problems faced by Nahartime users. The following summarizes the key findings:

  1. Lack of Clarity in Value Proposition and Features: As a potential user exploring Nahartime’s platform, When I seek to understand its value proposition and features, I want clear and concise communication that highlights the benefits and functionalities, So I can make informed decisions about whether Nahartime meets my needs and expectations.
  2. Weakness in Building Trust due to the Lack of Credit Indicators: As a user considering Nahartime’s services, When I evaluate the platform’s credibility and reliability, I want to see evidence of trust, such as testimonials or reputable company logos, So I can feel confident in Nahartime’s ability to deliver on its promises and commitments.
  3. Registration Process Complexity and Accessibility Issues: As a user interested in registering with Nahartime, When I encounter the registration process, I want a streamlined and accessible experience with minimal complexity, So I can complete the registration efficiently and without frustration.
  4. Underwhelming Visual Design Diminishing Engagement: As a user exploring Nahartime’s landing page, When I encounter the visual design and UI, I want an aesthetically pleasing and engaging experience that reflects the brand’s professionalism, So I can feel compelled to explore further and engage with Nahartime’s offerings.

These defined user needs and problems served as guiding principles for the subsequent design decisions, ensuring that the redesigned landing page effectively addressed users’ pain points and enhanced their overall experience.

:Define

After defining the main problems, we conducted 4 different brainstorming sessions over a week. Each session was different in terms of the variety, uniqueness, and wildness of the ideas. The 4 design directions we considered were:
